| Forward to a Friend  \| View in browser Good afternoon, As we close out the year, I want to take a moment to wish you and your families a very happy holiday season and a healthy, successful New Year. This time of year offers a chance to reflect, recharge, and look ahead with optimism.   Thank you for the continued trust, partnership, and engagement throughout the year; we’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such an incredible community, and we look forward to what’s ahead in the year to come.   — JB The Work. The release of the November Jobs Report confirmed a labor market that remains stable but measured as we close out the year. Job growth showed modest gains, while unemployment held relatively steady, reinforcing a continued trend of cautious hiring rather than rapid expansion. For employers, this environment places increased importance on clarity, speed, and alignment in the hiring process. As organizations plan for 2025, disciplined search strategies and strong partnerships remain critical to securing the right talent in a competitive, skills-driven market.    The November Jobs Report shows a labor market that continues to cool but remains resilient. Job growth exceeded expectations with 64,000 jobs added, while unemployment rose to 4.6%, signaling a gradual loosening in hiring conditions. Overall, the data points to a more balanced, deliberate labor market as we head into the new year, setting the stage for selective hiring and measured optimism in 2026. Schedule Time with JB Quotes & The Stories Behind Them "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. #pushthrough" — Ray Lewis With a big Sunday night game ahead, Ravens fans know the kind of moments that bring Ray Lewis to mind. His leadership wasn’t just loud motivation; it was a demand for growth. When Ray spoke, you were expected to rise to the challenge or be exposed by it.   As the year comes to a close, this quote feels especially relevant. Reflection has a way of revealing where we pushed ourselves and where we stayed comfortable. It’s easy to stay busy without truly growing.   This quote doesn’t ask for comfort. It asks for honesty.   The hashtag matters, #pushthrough. Not bulldoze. Not ignore. Push through. Feel it. Learn from it. Stay present long enough for the challenge to do its work.   Real change comes from resistance. The conversations you avoid. The responsibilities you hesitate to accept. The moments when pushing through feels harder than pulling back.   Ray’s message goes beyond football. Challenge is the price of progress. And if it doesn’t stretch you, it won’t transform you.
